• 2 tablespoons pork chops, or butter (the cereal is traditionally used and highly recommended to make it more palatable)

• 3kg chicken pieces, bone and skin (this is traditional and recommended because it creates great flavor, but otherwise you can use skinless / skinless chicken pieces)

• 2 medium yellow onions, finely chopped

• 2 cloves of garlic, finely ground

• 2 Roman tomatoes, seeds removed and finely chopped

• 1 Hungarian iron pepper, sold (optional)

• 3-4 tablespoons quality, really delicious Hungarian paprika imported

• 2 cups Aneto 100% All-Natural Chicken Broth (our favorite chicken broth)

• or Aneto chicken sodium chicken broth

• 1 1/2 teaspoons of sea salt

• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

• 3 tablespoons flour for all purposes

• 3/4 cup full of sour cream oil, room temperature (important to avoid lumps; be sure to use full oil)

• 1/4 cup whipped cream
