3-4 Big Chicken Breasts (or 5-6 small chicken breasts recorded)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
¾ teaspoon dried basil
¾ Spoon dried Oregano
¼ Spoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ spoon pepper
1 ½ cup Fresh Tomato such as Campari or Grape, halved or sliced
⅓ Red Onion cup sold
3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 ½ Mozzarella cups Cheese cheese or 4 – 8 pieces of New Mozzarella
