A recipe for well-baked chicken wings that shines on the outside and is very soft and plentiful on the inside.
2 lbs chicken wings (tips removed, separated by wingettes and drumettes) 1 Tbsp LOOKING POWDER (whatever you do, DO NOT use baking soda)
1 tsp kosher salt (and other flavors)
1 Tbsp butter (melted)
1/3 cup hot wing sauce (eg Duff hot sauce)
