Turn everyday ingredients into something special! Chicken does not need to be digested because this recipe makes an amazing sauce, but if you do it it will be even more delicious. I like boiling potatoes because I really like the way it sucks the Italian Dressing flavor. But you can skip this step if you choose to cook it all in the oven – see Note 4 for steps.

Ingredients:-

• ▢4 – 5 chicken thigh ties, open skin and middle bone (approximately 6oz / 200g each)

• ▢1 / 2 tbsp olive oil

• ▢1 can (14oz / 400g) crushed tomatoes

• ▢1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes

• ▢3 (approximately 1.5lb / 750g total) medium-sized potatoes, peeled and sliced ​​to bite size

• ▢1 / 2 cup mozzarella cheese, minced (or any other good melting cheese)

• ▢Salt and pepper

ITALY DRESS

• ▢1 / 2 tbsp per dried rosemary with thyme leaf (OR oregano) (or 2 tbsp fresh)

• ▢2 cloves of garlic, crushed

• ▢3 teaspoons of red wine or white wine vinegar (Note 1)

• ▢3 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil

• ▢1 / 2 tsp salt

• ▢Black
