  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts – for this recipe you will need 3 large sorghum, or 6 chicken cutlets. You can also use chicken breasts, or skinless chicken thighs

  • flour for all purposes – for pulling chicken

  • salt

  • pepper

  • garlic powder

  • mushrooms – any small varieties of mushrooms will do
    unsalted butter

  • Olive oil

  • ugaliki

  • shallots

  • chicken broth – we prefer low-sodium to make sure the recipe is low in salt

  • dry white wine

  • heavy cream

  • fresh thyme

  • Dijon mustard

  • cornstarch – for strengthening the broth
