This recipe for Chicken Thighs with Cipollini Onions is a spin off of chicken marsala but with whole chicken thighs, cipollini onions, salty prosciutto and a spritz of lemon.



4 Chicken thighs, skin embedded in bones

3 oz Prosciutto


1 lb Cipollini onions

1/2 Lemon, juice of

1 teaspoon parsley, fresh

Canned goods

1/2 cup chicken stock

Baking & Spices

1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oil & Vinegar

1 Olive oil


2 tbsp Butter

Beer, Wine and Alcohol

1 cup of Marsala wine, dried
