A complete Chinese Steamed egg is also known as Chinese steamed egg custard. Only with egg, water, salt, and sesame oil, you can make this very smooth custard at home
• 2 medium-sized eggs, 2 or 3 eggs
• 1 cup of water, recommend using warm boiled water, or milk or stock
• 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
• 2 tsp. sesame oil
• 2 tsp. simple soy sauce
• Sculpted scallion, optional.
