All healthy foods include eggs in their list as they contain a large amount of healthy foods. However, not all types of eggs are properly processed.

INGRIDIENTS:

3 Eggs
12 boiled eggs, peeled
 1 cup flour (125 g)
 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (50 g)
 frying oil
 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
 2 tablespoons fresh embalming water
 2 tablespoons mustard
 1 teaspoon hot sauce
 salt to taste
 pepper to taste
 paprika or seasoning of choice at the top
