Eggs in a saucepan is a delicious dish made with eggs dipped in a strong tomato sauce. It only takes 20 minutes to make, and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp. extra olive oil
• 3 tbsp. chopped white onion cut into small pieces
• 2 cloves of crushed garlic
• 1 14 oz. can be peeled plum tomatoes
• 1/4 tsp chili flakes
• 1 tbsp. crushed basil
• 4 eggs
• 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, separated
• Salt and pepper to taste
