Eggs in Hell With Italian Sausage is a simple dish made with eggs dipped in a spicy tomato sauce. It is very easy to make and can be prepared for breakfast, brunch, or dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 pound Italian sausage or 1 kg Italian sausage ingredients with removed boxes (I used hot, but use soft if desired)
• 1 small Vidalia with sugar or yellow onions, sliced thinly
• 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika (regular paprika can be replaced)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
• 3 or 4 cloves of garlic, finely ground or pressed
• One 28-ounce can be tomato paste with juice
• 4 large eggs (or fewer if desired)
• 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh, finely chopped parsley (common leaf or Italian flat-leaf)
