Ingredients of Italian baked chicken:-
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- ¼ a teaspoon of salt
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, yellow and red, mixed, each cut in half
- ½ artichoke heart tin, cut
- 6 pieces of bacon, cooked, dried, chopped (Voluntarily)
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, divided
How to make Italian baked chicken:-
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Place the chicken breasts in a white casserole pan.
- Sprinkle dried basil and salt over chicken.
- Slice artichokes, cherry tomatoes, and zucchini over the top.
- Top with chopped bacon.
- Top with sliced mozzarella cheese.
