This pasta recipe will remind you of your favorite Italian restaurant experience.


Cooking chicken
4 thin chicken breasts with no skin (or 2 thick, horizontally rinsed and dried with a paper towel)
½ a cup of flour
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italian spice
2 tablespoons olive oil

12 oz. spaghetti
White Wine Parmesan Sauce:
4 tablespoons butter
1 small yellow onion (or use ½ chopped onion)
4 cloves of crushed garlic
2 chopped scallions
2 small sliced   tomatoes
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup white wine
½ a cup of Parmesan grated cheese
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
½ A teaspoon of salt to taste
¼ A tablespoon of crushed peppercorns
