An old Simple Egg Salad that boasts all the simple flavors! It is made with hearty eggs, creamy mayonnaise, bright lemon, and Jon, an edible vegetable with juicy branches, and fresh colored herbs. Perfect for a midweek lunch or weekend brunch.
Ingredients:-
• 8 large * eggs, hard-boiled or hard-boiled
• 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 tsp dijon mustard **
• 1 edible plant with succulent branches, dyed thinner (accumulates 1/3 cup)
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions **
• 1 1/2 Tbsp freshly ground parsley
• Paprika
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
