Soft Frosted Eggnog Cookies and holiday seasonings, with frozen egg yolk.
Ingredients:-
• 1 + 2 cups of flour for all purposes measured properly (spoon and sweet / level)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 1/3 cup softened butter at room temperature
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar packed
• room temperature of 1 egg yolk
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon of voluntary rum
• 1/4 cup eggnog
Eggnog Frosting:
• 1/4 cup at room temperature
• 1-1 / 2 – 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1-2 tablespoons of eggnog
• 1/4 teaspoon of voluntary rum
• 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon of your choice
• press nutmeg optionally
