INGREDIENTS
- 2lb thighs or chicken legs
- 125 g empty yogurt
- 1-inch ginger, crushed
- 4-6 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. Kashmiri chili powder
- 2 tablespoons tandoori paste or powder
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- 1.5 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Taste the salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. ghee, oil, or spray oil
