INGREDIENTS

  • 2lb thighs or chicken legs
  • 125 g empty yogurt
  • 1-inch ginger, crushed
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. Kashmiri chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori paste or powder
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1.5 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Taste the salt
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. ghee, oil, or spray oil
